Founded in 1980 by David Coleman and Ayn Ryan, Adler Fels built its early reputation on Fumé Blanc and Gewürztraminer, white varieties that the cool, elevation-influenced Sonoma Mountain microclimate consistently produces with exceptional aromatic complexity and food-friendly freshness. The elevation and Mayacamas Mountain orientation create natural cooling that extends the growing season and preserves the delicate aromatics that make these varieties genuinely distinctive from their valley-floor counterparts.
