About Baldwin Vineyards
Baldwin made strawberry wine an institution: the Pine Bush family estate, pouring since 1982 on a 1786 farm, built a cult around its strawberry bottling, bus-trip famous, alongside grape wines under Hardenburgh stone. Tastings pour the full berry line beside the grape list, and the stone-house setting keeps the visit as photogenic as the bottles.
