BOS pours Elk Rapids with Cape credentials: South African winemaker Coenraad Stassen, long the hand behind Old Mission benchmarks, built his own label on Ames Street, small-lot northern Michigan wines with Cape-trained polish making the harbor-town room a connoisseur pilgrimage.
