About Calerrain Wines
Calerrain Wines grew from its owners' habit of exploring California wine regions and comparing how climate, soil and topography shape the bottle, a study they now practice on their own Gilroy property.
The weekend tasting room distills that curiosity: wines made with a comparativist's eye, poured Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 on Jean Ellen Court.
Reservations are available; come with questions, because the founding habit of asking why this place, this grape is the house specialty.
