Capra Collina pours goat-hill Italian at Peckville: the Scranton-corridor winery serves dry reds through sweets with free deciding samples, winemaking-supply shelves beside the bar keeping the home-vintner tradition alive on the Lackawanna trail. Hours run Thursday through Sunday on the corridor, and the doggie cork holders travel home nearly as often as the blends.
