Carol Ann's Vineyard

Carol Ann Vineyard at 39770 De Portola Road is a small family estate on Temecula Valley's De Portola Wine Trail, named for the founder's wife and reflecting the personal, family-centered philosophy that drives every aspect of the winery's operation. Founded in 2003, Carol Ann Vineyard has spent over two decades farming the western side of the Temecula Valley AVA, developing the kind of site-specific knowledge and family winemaking tradition that only sustained, single-estate commitment can build.

The De Portola Road location provides access to the cooler, marine-influenced western growing conditions that distinguish this side of the appellation from the warmer valley floor. Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay are the primary productions, with the estate's gentle hillside positioning contributing the natural drainage and air circulation that prevent disease pressure and concentrate flavor in the fruit.
