Chronic Cellars is Paso Robles' most gleefully irreverent winery, founded by brothers Josh and Jake Beckett, sons of the family behind Peachy Canyon. It is instantly recognizable by its bold sugar-skull and skeleton label art and its cheeky wine names, from Sofa King Bueno to Purple Paradise, a whole lineup that refuses to take itself too seriously.
