CordeValle Winery is the newest chapter of a familiar San Martin landmark: the resort acquired the neighboring Clos LaChance estate in 2025 and now operates the property as CordeValle Winery, keeping its vineyard, event and concert identity intact.
The estate remains one of the valley's most complete wine destinations, with tours, tastings, private events and a concert series running across the vineyard grounds at 1 Hummingbird Lane.
Travelers holding older Clos LaChance references should simply update the name; confirm the current reservation and event calendar before visiting.
