Cottonwood presses Ayr's own orchard: Dan's seasonal cider house ferments estate apples into Birdie tart cherry, pepper-berry and hopped pours served with weekend menus that change by theme, ground-up orchard truth making the May-to-October farm the Fargo country's pilgrimage.
