About Day Wines
Day Wines is a celebrated natural-wine producer in Oregon's Willamette Valley, led by winemaker Brianne Day. A Pacific Northwest native with winemaking experience across four continents, Day founded the label in 2012 and built a reputation for instinctive, restrained, site-driven wines that capture a specific time and place.
She sources Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Tannat, Malvasia, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Meunier, Vermentino and many other varieties from farmer-owned vineyards in the Willamette Valley and Southern Oregon's Applegate Valley, working with wild native-yeast fermentations, whole-cluster techniques and minimal sulfur. In 2015 she opened Day Camp in Dundee, a collaborative winery and tasting room that also incubates other small Oregon producers.
The Day Wines tasting room at Day Camp, at 21160 OR-99W in Dundee, is generally open daily with a modern courtyard, copper bar and outdoor patio. Because hours and offerings change seasonally, it is best to confirm current details with the winery before visiting.
