About Domaine Anderson
Domaine Anderson is a Pinot Noir and Chardonnay estate in the cool, foggy Anderson Valley of Mendocino County, established in 2010 by the family behind Champagne Louis Roederer, longtime owners of nearby Roederer Estate. Drawing on that French pedigree, the focus is elegant, Burgundy-minded still wines grown on organic and biodynamic estate vineyards across the valley's benchland and hillsides.
The wines emphasize a true sense of place, with single-vineyard and estate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay farmed without synthetic chemicals. Tastings are hosted in the small town of Philo, an unhurried, understated stop in one of California's most beautiful and remote Pinot regions, well worth the drive through the redwoods.
