Fable Farm ferments Barnard's mythology: the Piotrowski brothers' unmarked hillside makes wild, funky natural wines and ciders served at Feast and Field Thursday gatherings and winter Rumney Sessions, wood-fired food and field music making the fermentory less a winery than a rite. Gathering-first format and wild ferments built devoted pilgrimage. The fable tells itself.
