How Wino Notion profiles your winery, and how to keep your listing accurate.
Your winery may be one of more than 6,000 independently profiled on Wino Notion. We build those profiles from public information and our own enrichment research, not from paid placements, because our readers come to us for an honest, independent view of where to taste wine. This page explains how your listing works and how to keep it accurate.
We are an editorial winery-discovery site: we describe what a visit is actually like, group wineries into real regional guides, and verify listings in tiers so readers know how much we have confirmed. There is no fee to be listed, no fee to rank, and no way to buy a badge.
If anything is out of date (hours, address, reservation policy, website, ownership, or the wines you pour), email wino@winonotion.com with your winery name and the correction. We update verified corrections promptly, and getting the basics right helps visitors find and plan a trip to you.
Many wineries add a short “Featured on Wino Notion” line on their website’s press, about, or media page, linking to their profile or to the regional guide they appear in. You are welcome to do the same. It helps your visitors find an independent write-up of your winery, and it helps us keep building honest, useful guides.
You can link to your winery’s profile page or to any regional guide you are featured in. We never require a link in exchange for a listing or a badge.
Does it cost anything to be listed on Wino Notion?
No. Listings are editorial and free. We do not charge wineries to appear, to rank, or to earn a trust badge, and there is no pay-to-play. Our independence is the point of the site.
How do I correct my winery's details?
Email wino@winonotion.com with your winery name and the correction (hours, address, reservation policy, website, or anything out of date). We update verified corrections promptly.
What do the trust badges mean?
Each winery carries a badge showing how far we have verified it, from a basic listing checked against public records up to a winery a Wino Notion team member has visited and reviewed in person. Our verification page explains every tier in detail.
Can I link to my Wino Notion profile?
Yes, and we encourage it. Many wineries add a 'Featured on Wino Notion' link on their website's press or about page, pointing to their profile. You are welcome to link to your profile page or to the regional guide you appear in.
