About Glendale Ridge Vineyard
Glendale Ridge Vineyard grows grapes on a hillside property in Southampton, in the foothills west of Northampton in the Pioneer Valley. The vineyard's elevated site provides good sun exposure and air drainage, conditions that benefit grape growing in a region where site selection is critical to success. The wines are produced from estate-grown cold-hardy varieties, and the tasting room overlooks the vineyard and the surrounding Hampshire County countryside. Glendale Ridge is part of the growing Pioneer Valley wine cluster and is a natural complement to Black Birch Vineyard and Mineral Hills for visitors exploring the wine scene of western Massachusetts.
