About Grafted Cellars Winery
Grafted Cellars is a family owned urban winery and restaurant in downtown Claremont, pouring small batch wines from sustainably farmed vineyards alongside a menu of pizzas, boards and small bites. The name honors the 19th century breakthrough of grafting European vines onto American rootstock, the fix that saved world winemaking from phylloxera.
The winery began in a Vista business park before relocating to its current home at 135 W 1st Street in Claremont, where walk-ins, families and leashed dogs are all welcome on the indoor outdoor floor. California's smaller wine pockets reward the detour with personal, uncrowded tastings. Confirm current hours, tasting fees and reservation policies with the winery before you go.
