About Grey Wolf Cellars
Grey Wolf Cellars is the Barton family's original west-side label, pouring from an oak-shaded 1940s ranch house on Highway 46 West since the mid-1990s. The wolf pays tribute to family patriarch Joe Barton Sr., and the label's small-lot reds, Zinfandel, Cabernet and Rhone blends, draw from west Paso's limestone hills.
The property grew into a full family compound with the Barton Family Wines label and craft spirits joining the lineup. Grey Wolf and Barton Family are one and the same family enterprise; both names appear in our catalog and refer to the same Highway 46 West home ranch.
