About Hiyu Wine Farm
Hiyu Wine Farm is one of the most acclaimed natural wine estates in America, a 30-acre biodynamic polyculture farm in the Hood River Valley where vines grow alongside livestock, gardens, and forest. Founder Nate Ready, a former master sommelier, crafts wild-fermented wines that have earned cult status among sommeliers and natural wine devotees worldwide.
