Horse Thief Vineyards pours on a deliberately limited rhythm, generally the first and third weekends of the month, from a five-acre Watsonville Road property developed by a family with deep Morgan Hill, Hollister, Portuguese and Italian agricultural roots.
The limited calendar is the point: openings feel like occasions, the family pours its own work, and the small estate keeps the valley's immigrant-farming story alive at original scale.
