About Julie's Dream Winery
Julie's Dream is a working twenty-two acre vineyard on a hilltop, with a tasting room open daily and a distillery alongside the winery.
The hilltop position gives it 360-degree views across the valley, and hot air balloons drift past in the mornings, which is a Temecula habit but better from height.
The estate also rents out a four-bedroom vineyard house on the property, so it is one of the few valley wineries where you can stay among the working vines rather than at a resort. Guests there get a discount at the tasting room.
It closes on some public holidays when much of the valley stays open, so the calendar is worth checking.
