About Kirigin Cellars
Kirigin Cellars is one of Santa Clara Valley's oldest operating winery properties, bonded in 1916, and it wears the history generously: spacious picnic grounds, daily 10-to-5 hours and a famously broad list of twenty-one wines and sparkling styles.
The tasting runs from Barbera, Malvasia Bianca and Tempranillo through Cabernet, Petite Sirah and sparkling, capped by the house signature Vino de Mocca dessert wine, a chocolate-inflected original found nowhere else.
Open every day with reservations available, it is the valley's best combination of deep history and easy access, and the picnic grounds make it the natural long-lunch stop of the Watsonville Road loop.
