Lehman's Orchard presses Niles's century fruit: the historic farm ferments estate apples, berries and grapes into ciders, fruit wines and vinegars, orchard-store honesty and heritage-variety depth carrying the Portage Road property's long agricultural line. Farm-store hours run generous in season, and the vinegar-to-cider shelf sends the whole harvest home in bottles.
