About Markko Vineyard
Markko is Ohio's vinifera genesis: Arnie Esterer, Dr. Konstantin Frank's Ohio disciple, planted Conneaut's ridge to Chardonnay and Riesling in 1968 when experts said the lake shore couldn't, and the rustic cellar's long-lived wines proved the region's entire premise.
