Michael McCay is Lodi's native-ferment conscience: the longtime grower turned winemaker builds his celebrated small-lot label on old-vine sites he farms himself, TruLux and Jupiter Zinfandels, Grenache and Cinsault from historic blocks, made with native yeasts and a restraint that helped redefine what Lodi Zin could be.
