Moss Farms pours Wheeling's hilltop: the Harvest Lane winery serves wines and moonshine with Oglebay-season traffic, Stone Bridge Country Blush favorites, wedding-day polish and Susan-grade boards making the northern-panhandle farm the Friendly City's celebration cellar. Hours run Friday through Sunday to nine, and holiday-light season at Oglebay fills the hilltop's evenings early.
