Nani Moon ferments Kauai's tropics: the Kapaa meadery crafts session meads from island honey, starfruit, pineapple and passion fruit, hundred-percent-Hawaii sourcing and beautiful-moon branding making the Kuhio Highway taproom the Garden Isle's own ferment. Tasting hours reward the check ahead, and the Kapaa stop folds into the coconut coast's afternoon naturally.
