About Pear Valley Estate Wine
Pear Valley is a warm, family-run winery in Paso Robles making wines entirely from estate-grown fruit. The lineup is broad and approachable, spanning Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscat through Merlot, Cabernet, Syrah, and Zinfandel, plus the signature red blend named Distraction.
The tasting room is friendly and unpretentious, with a great picnic setting and sunset views, and it is not unusual to find owner-winemaker Tom Maas himself chatting with visitors and locals. For a relaxed, genuine, something-for-everyone stop, it is an easy one to love.
