Penns Woods poured an importer's second act: Gino Razzi, decades in Italian wine trade, turned to Chadds Ford production with daughter Carley Mack, estate and Pennsylvania-grown bottlings, the Ameritage red leading, served on picnic lawns that made the Brandywine estate a weekend institution.
Import-trained palates and family succession built polished consistency. The trade, come home.
