About Pollak Vineyards
Pollak farms Greenwood's western light: the Pollak family's estate at the Blue Ridge foothills built its name on estate-only discipline, Cabernet Franc and Meritage from mature plantings poured in a stone-and-timber room over a spring-fed pond.
Estate-fruit purism and Rockfish Gap convenience made it the corridor's quiet classicist. All their own, always.
