Sandy Ridge converted Norwalk's cider barn: the former apple-pressing barn pours house and curated wines beside a full restaurant, antique-dressed rooms, fire-pit patios and Kate's event team making the mercantile the county's occasion address. Hours run dinner-forward through the week, and the fire-pit patio extends the barn's season deep into the cold months.
