Stargazers farms beside Mason and Dixon's observatory: the Coatesville-area vineyard takes its name from the surveyors' 1764 Stargazers Stone nearby, estate vinifera on Brandywine slopes poured with astronomical backstory and unhurried family hosting. Tastings pour weekend hours at the farm, and the survey-history telling arrives free with the first flight.
