About Stolo Vineyards
Stolo Vineyards is named for the Stolo family — David Stolo's surname placed directly on a Cambria coastal estate where the Pacific Ocean is a daily presence in the vineyard. The Santa Rosa Creek Road property sits above the Cambria coastline, where marine fog flows in from the Pacific and keeps the vineyard temperatures cool enough to produce Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of genuine cool-climate precision.
The coastal positioning gives Stolo's wines a maritime character that Paso Robles' warm interior appellations cannot replicate — the same ocean proximity that defines Cambria's appeal as a destination also defines what grows well in the vineyards above the coastal cliffs.
The daily walk-in tasting room on Santa Rosa Creek Road is one of the Central Coast's most scenically positioned wine experiences — Pacific Ocean views, dog-friendly grounds, picnic space, and the family's surname on bottles that taste like the ocean they overlook.
