The winery produces Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Sangiovese from Temecula Valley vineyard sources, with the Italian variety Sangiovese representing one of the more interesting selections in the portfolio, a wine that shows the food-friendly acidity and cherry-driven character that the variety achieves in warm, dry climates similar to Tuscany. Walk-ins are welcome daily from 11am to 6pm with a $15 tasting fee.
