Table Mountain planted Wyoming first: the Zimmerman family's Huntley vineyard, born from a University of Wyoming project, grew into the state's pioneering estate winery, cold-hardy rows on the Goshen County flats making the Road 48 farm the Cowboy State's founding pour.
