Terhune added vines to Princeton's orchard institution: the Mount family's farm, a town tradition for generations of apple picking and cider donuts, planted estate rows whose wines pour beside the farm store, barnyard and festival calendar that made the property Mercer County's family constant. Orchard-institution trust and estate additions built seamless loyalty. The farm the town grew up on.
Current tasting hours are Sat-Thu 9am-6pm; Fri 9am-7pm. Worth knowing before you go: there are gardens to walk.
