About Three Fat Guys

Three Fat Guys is a fun, refreshingly unpretentious winery about a mile from the Sonoma Plaza, founded by three former NFL offensive linemen, Tony Moll, Jason Spitz and Daryn Colledge, who met after being drafted by the Green Bay Packers and discovered they loved premium wine as much as blocking for the quarterback.

Tony grew up in Sonoma, and the whole ethos is award-winning wines with the least pretentiousness: the tasting room is designed to feel like a glass of wine in your best friend's backyard and garden, with easygoing service, garden seating and firepits. The ever-changing lineup covers a lot of ground, Rose, a Champion Brut sparkling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, the signature Linemen red blend and Cabernet Sauvignon from both Sonoma and Rutherford in Napa, so groups with different tastes can all find something.

Family- and dog-friendly, flat and easy to access, open daily with walk-ins welcome (reservations preferred). Bring a charcuterie board and settle in.

A fun, unpretentious Sonoma winery founded by three ex-NFL linemen, pouring a wide lineup in a backyard-garden setting, walk-ins welcome.
