About Toulouse Vineyards

Toulouse is Anderson Valley wit with serious Pinot: founded by Vern and Maxine Boltz, the estate above Philo took its goose mascot from the Toulouse breed, punning happily while producing well-regarded Pinot Noir, Gewurztraminer and Riesling from the fog-cooled hillside. Toulouse offers some of the best views in the Anderson Valley, its tasting room overlooking the valley floor toward the fertile hillsides to the west.

The deck view down the valley ranks with the region's best, and the loose-goose humor keeps the mood right. Serious slope, silly goose, sound wines.

The loose goose of Philo: Boltz-built Pinot and Gewurz with the valley's best deck view.
