Valley Vineyards is Cincinnati wine's family table: the Schuchter family's Morrow estate, planted 1970, made weekend steak-and-shrimp cookout dinners a Tristate tradition, guests grilling their own beside estate wines and meads that carried southwest Ohio's case for five decades.
