Blue Ostrich earns its name honestly: the Saint Jo estate began as an ostrich ranch, and a resident bird still patrols the property where the family now grows award-winning wine on rolling North Texas hills. The Tempranillo draws particular devotion, bold and smooth from a list where visitors report loving nearly every pour.
