Burnt Hill is Old Westminster's mountain thesis: the Baker siblings' Clarksburg estate, farmed biodynamically on a quartzite ridge, grows field blends and skin-contact wines conceived as Maryland's answer to natural-wine terroir doctrine, tastings staged among the vines themselves.
