Champlain Orchards presses Shoreham at scale: one of Vermont's oldest continuously operating orchards ferments its ecologically grown apples into ciders and fruit wines beside a farm market whose cider donuts and pick-your-own seasons draw the Champlain Valley, solar-powered stewardship carrying the lake-bluff farm forward.
