Cottonwood pours the Uncompahgre's veteran: the Olathe operation, among the western slope's early modern wineries, serves estate and Colorado wines under twin labels from sweet-corn country, long-tenure craft holding the valley between Delta and Montrose. Hours run seasonal at the cellars, and the corn-festival weekends fold the tasting into the valley's biggest party.
