Established in 2018 by a vintner who has been making wine from lemons rather than grapes for more than a decade, it crafts refreshing citrus wines it likes to call adult lemonade.
The wines are true non-carbonated citrus wines, fermented over about six weeks to roughly ten percent alcohol and served refreshingly over ice, with flavors like Skier Pee, Snow Bunny, and the lemon-and-lime Switch Stance. All are gluten-free, vegan, low in sugar, and low in sulfites, and because they are so easy-drinking the winery packages them in resealable, share-size pouches that are portable and unbreakable for outdoor adventures. As a manufacturing winery, Evergood does not keep retail hours but instead offers five-star, sixty-minute weekend winery tours by reservation, where guests enjoy a full flight and learn to craft wine cocktails at home. The wines ship to dozens of states.
