About Courtyard Winery
Courtyard Winery is a family-owned estate winery in North East, Pennsylvania, along Route 20 in the heart of Lake Erie Wine Country, in the far northwestern corner of the state near the New York line. Owners Randy and Laura Graham opened the winery in 2010 after more than two decades of grape farming in the region, which they continue today across roughly 125 acres of estate vineyards.
The winery does everything from growing and pressing to fermenting, barrel aging and bottling on site, specializing in small-lot, handcrafted, award-winning wines. The lineup spans dry reds and whites, roses and fruit-forward sweet wines, and the Grahams have earned well over a hundred competition medals. The tasting room is unusual in having two separate bars, one for dry-wine lovers and one for sweet-wine lovers.
Visitors can taste on-site and relax on the Vineyard Veranda patio, with seasonal tours and events such as Meet the Winemaker and Picnic in the Vineyard offered by appointment. Because hours and offerings can change seasonally, it is best to confirm current details with the winery before visiting.
