About DaVero Farms & Winery

Ridgely Evers, an olive farmer for more than three decades, built DaVero Farms and Winery in Healdsburg's Dry Creek Valley around a simple motto: "Grow what belongs here. Be patient." The biodynamically farmed farm is as famous for its estate olive oil, pressed from Italian trees, as for its wines.

DaVero focuses on rare Italian varietals suited to Dry Creek's Mediterranean climate rather than the region's usual suspects, poured amid biodynamic gardens and a living dome of willow trees. The result is one of Sonoma County's most distinctive farm-first visits, where wine, oil, and produce all express the same patient philosophy.
