About Dutch Henry Winery
Dutch Henry Winery operated at 4300 Silverado Trail North in Calistoga, producing small-lot Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Rhone-style wines from estate and other Napa Valley vineyards. The winery was destroyed in the September 2020 Glass Fire, which burned through much of the Silverado Trail corridor north of Calistoga.
Three brothers -- Fred, Trey, and Matt Eppright -- subsequently purchased the 10-acre property through their ownership group, FTM Investments LP. Napa County approved their plans for a new winery called Parable on the site in February 2025, with production of up to 30,000 gallons annually and a phased-in visitor program; the Dutch Henry brand and tasting room no longer operate.
