Founded in 2004 by two partners who transformed a horse ranch into a winery and spiritual retreat, Enoch's Stomp has grown into a landmark that draws visitors from Houston, Dallas, and Shreveport for overnight stays, fine dining, and wine tasting. The on-site Cork's Restaurant serves steaks, seafood, and chef's specials paired specifically with Enoch's wines.
The wine program ranges from estate-grown East Texas varietals to wines sourced from Washington and other premium regions, reflecting the founders' philosophy of quality over geography. The flagship Norton, described as 'the Cabernet of the East', along with dessert wines and ports round out a portfolio designed to match the property's culinary ambitions.
