About Fableist Wine Co.
Fableist Wine Co. was founded in 2012 as a collaboration between winemakers Curt Schalchlin of Sans Liege and Andrew Jones of Field Recordings. Its Paso Robles tasting room sits in Tin City at 3005-A Limestone Way.
The tasting room is open daily, with an expansive lawn, games like Connect Four and Jenga, and terrace views that visitors single out. The surrounding Paso Robles country is Cabernet, Syrah and Zinfandel territory. Confirm current hours and fees before visiting.
