About Frazier Winery
Frazier Winery is a small, family-owned Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot producer founded in 1995 by Bill Frazier in the Coombsville area east of the city of Napa. The estate sources fruit from its own hillside vineyards and produces roughly 2,500 cases a year.
Winemaker Kirk Venge crafts the wines from hand-harvested fruit that is vinified separately by block and vintage. A retrospective tasting of the 2005-vintage Frazier Cabernet Sauvignon and the winery's Bordeaux-style blend "Memento" drew favorable notice from a Robert Parker-affiliated review.
