High Camp brings a young, Western-cowboy energy to San Miguel north of Paso proper: owners Megan Mouren and Spencer Rawles run e-bike tours, live music, and family events like pumpkin carving, with prices around the mid-$20s and nearly every wine offered in 375ml halves built for picnics and trailheads.
