Holus Bolus takes its name from the phrase holus-bolus — all at once, the whole thing together, everything in one go. The Latin-derived idiom (bolus from Greek bolos, a lump or clump) declares the estate's philosophy of totality: wine made without compromise, without partial measures, the whole thing at once.
